HAMLET PROTEIN is based upon the idea of developing, producing and worldwide marketing of innovative vegetable protein products.

Our ambitious growth strategy builds on continuous innovation within industrial biotechnology and further internationalisation. The corporate base and production is in Horsens, Denmark. The company has a turnover of 250 million DKK and approx. 55 employees. As part of a generation change of the company management, Polaris Private Equity has acquired majority of the shares. Our ambition is, together with Polaris, to double the turnover and profit within the next five years.
